Why should Warm Floor Installation be used?

It is a known fact how watery and cold bathrooms can get and hence what we can switch to is Warm Floor Installation. Warm Floor Installation is the process of installing radiant floor heating in bathrooms to keep the warmth of the room uniform from roof to floor. The temperature is maintained from top to bottom and it gives comfort.

There are different types of installations that can be used to keep the floors warm-

· Electric radiant floor heating. This is done by using electric resistance cables. They are placed under tiles, stone, laminated floors and produce warmth. They are embedded in thin mats.

· Hot water radiant systems. This is also called hydronic heating. Heated water is circulated through PEX tubing which keeps the surface warm.

· Electric single wire installations. They are an alternative to mats. This method uses a single, continuous insulated wire that has metal chips connected to the subfloor.

How much does Warm Floor Installation cost?

This is costlier than conventional forced air heating systems. However, people always go for quality no matter what the price. The price of this heating system is worthy of its installation.

Benefits of Warm Floor Installation

This method of floor warming comes with a lot of advantages that prove beneficial over conventional heating methods.

· They supply uniform heating. This is their biggest ability. The room has heat maintained all throughout from top to bottom. This gives comfort and an even ambience and temperature around a person’s body.

· No noise is produced. They function quietly, unlike forced air systems.

· They are non-allergic. They directly heat the surrounding, people and objects, and do not disturb the dust particles or allergens.

· Very low maintenance They require almost no maintenance and are warranted by the companies.

· They are energy efficient, at least 25% more than forced air conditioning systems. They use up energy to their best and supply the most effective results. This is because they do not provide any escape routes for the heat to pass.
